🔁 Refund & Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return and refund under the following conditions:

Eligibility:

  • Return must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with all accessories and tags.
  • Applicable only for purchases made on www.hubmyaccessories.in.

Process:

  1. Initiate a Return – Contact our support team or raise a return request through your account.
  2. Ship the Product – Send it to the return address provided by our team.
  3. Inspection & Approval – After we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed.
  4. Refund Timeline – Amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.

Exceptions:

  • Final Sale and discounted products are not eligible for return.
  • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Any damaged/defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

After Dispatch:

  • Once your order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may initiate a return after delivery under our refund policy.

Refund on Cancellation:

  • If your order is eligible for cancellation, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
