🔁 Refund & Return Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return and refund under the following conditions:
Eligibility:
- Return must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with all accessories and tags.
- Applicable only for purchases made on www.hubmyaccessories.in.
Process:
- Initiate a Return – Contact our support team or raise a return request through your account.
- Ship the Product – Send it to the return address provided by our team.
- Inspection & Approval – After we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed.
- Refund Timeline – Amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
Exceptions:
- Final Sale and discounted products are not eligible for return.
- Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded.
- Any damaged/defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Shipping Charges:

Delays:
- Hub My Accessories is not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier issues, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
❌ Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change.
Before Dispatch:
- You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier. To do so, contact us immediately.
After Dispatch:
- Once your order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may initiate a return after delivery under our refund policy.
Refund on Cancellation:
- If your order is eligible for cancellation, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
